I left the finish as I found it with grease in the corners. The wheels are a heavy duty steel rim with Bendex Hubs. The wheels have a slight wobble but isn't noticeable when riding. The tires are new and feel great. The cover for the seat is no longer with us. It came off on my ride to the lake and was not found.

I will include two covers for you to recover the seat if you want. For the full asking price, I will recover the seat for you.
