NOS Vintage Schwinn Stingray Krate Bicycle Car License Plate Advertising Frame

  

A NOS original Schwinn advertising license plate frame. The frame has the Schwinn name and "World's Finest Bicycle" on the face. The frame has never been mounted and the chrome is in good shape. There are a couple areas with blemishes in the chrome, I tried to show them in the pictures. Also, the white on some areas of the frame has some paint missing, you can touch it up or use it was is.

I haven't tried cleaning this at all, and some of the marks on the chrome should clean off. This frame has the lowered top and bottom edge, so your little county tags (like the ones on Ohio plates) will show when this is mounted. Probably one of the coolest advertising items Schwinn had back in the 1970's. Perfect for that Schwinn Stingray, Krate, and Fastback collector for their car or truck.
