Parting with some of my Premium pieces from my collection, so up for grabs is my straight bar Schwinn excelsior klunker. This bike came into my hands many years ago when a good friend of mine in Minneapolis received a load of bikes from California. This good friend was into Rat Bikes at the time, and this treasure was scheduled to be turned into a chopper thankfully it was saved from the chop shop! After several weeks of bartering and begging it finally became a part of my vintage mountain bike collection. This 1936 or 37 (I cant remember off hand but only one year had the drop stand ears) prewar Schwinn is equipped with all of the top technology available back in the day. Rear Atom drum, Front drum unknown, araya alloy rims, alloy touring triple cranks, cebe stem, moto bars, diacomp moto levers, brooks leather saddle, and more.
