1980 SCHWINN STINGRAY BOYS BANANA SEAT MUSCLE BIKE RED+YELLOW S7 VINTAGE SLIK! Here is a rare original Dec 1980 SCHWINN STINGRAY 20 BICYCLE!

(MR Serial Number) This bike is from the era when most everything was cool! The HEMICUDA, Mach 1 Mustang, and Camaro Z-28 come to mind! This bike is in very original condition. In fact, as far as I can tell, nearly every single part of this bike is original.

This bike has been in VERY long term storage and has not been owned by collectors. Be the first to get this bike back into the light and enjoy it! The bike is in the original and very appealing RED AND YELLOW factory painted color. The bike has cool apehanger handlebars, matching Schwinn hand grips, chrome fender, (these did not come with a front) cool rear sissy bar and so much more! I dont know where you would find another like it! The chainguard is original and in place.

The bike is an original single speed with operable brakes. The seat is original and not bad for its age. It has the original chrome Schwinn S7 rear rim with a Bendix 76 rear hub and a chrome Schwinn S7 front rim. (rear could be an S2) Both front and rear tires are Schwinn tires and do hold air. I love the rear Schwinn STINGRAY tire!

(both show age and have sidewall cracking, OK for display or replace for riding) Now is your chance to own one of the COOLEST bikes EVER MADE! Make someone in your life happy with this one. This is a cool bike that you can enjoy for years! You RARELY find these bikes anymore! They were all abused and thrown away back in the 1970s-80s.

Finding one these days is a big challenge. They are very cool and people enjoy owning, riding, and displaying them!

Most people do not sell these bikes once they have them. Be the first to get this bike back out in the light and have fun with it! I believe this to be a fairly nice original unmolested bicycle unless otherwise noted.

NOTED FLAWS Would need a total resto for show or have fun with it in its unrestored "rat rod" type patina. The paint is original but has pitting, age, etc particularly by the seat post tube area, rear fender, etc. See pics The chrome is shiney but is not perfect show quality. (wheels, rear fender, etc has pitting) Some people really like this look! Both wheels have a slight wobble when you spin them. (most every used bike out there seems to) Priced right!

These keep going UP in value! The bikes of this era have NFL football colors! Green Bay Packers Green and Yellow, Detriot Lions Blue and Silver, and this one in the Washington Redskins red and yellow! Sorry for the LONG description, these bikes really excite me.

People will ENVY you when you ride by at a car show or on the street with this bike! I try to list anything I notice with the bike. Keep in mind this is a vintage bike that has probably not been ridden for a while so it may need minor tuning, bearings greased, polishing, etc, These bikes are getting harder to find and are more popular than ever before! You will enjoy owning, riding, and displaying it for years!

People always remember these bikes but seldom see them in person. I take them in to have them packaged so they almost always arrive in the same condition as they left us. Fed Ex just increased the rates.
