1973 SCHWINN STINGRAY BANANA SEAT MUSCLE BIKE APPLE KRATE CLONE SPRINGER VINTAGE. Here is a rare original October 1973 SCHWINN STINGRAY 20 BICYCLE! (KJ Serial Number) This bike is from the era when most everything was cool! The HEMICUDA, Mach 1 Mustang, and Camaro Z-28 come to mind!

The 1970s Stingray bikes are cool and iconic! The bike has been painted red and looks interesting! The bike has cool wide apehanger handlebars, matching Schwinn hand grips, larger front SPRINGER FORK, non schwinn, has a longer head tube. Maybe from a 26 bike?

Cool rear sissy bar, Schwinn reflector pedals, chrome rear fender, and so much more! I dont know where you would find another like it! It has an original Schwinn chainguard. (has a fresh decal) The bike is a single speed coaster brakes.

This one has an original Schwinn Stingray banana seat! (has rips, rear tag is missing) It has a 20" rear wheel and a smaller 16" front wheel. Both front and rear tires hold air.

Wheels and tires are non Schwinn but look cool on the bike! This could make a fun low cost alternative! Now is your chance to own one of the COOLEST bikes EVER MADE! Make someone in your life happy with this one. This is a cool bike that you can enjoy for years!

You RARELY find these bikes anymore! They were all abused and thrown away back in the 1970s-80s. Finding one these days is a big challenge.

They are very cool and people enjoy owning, riding, and displaying them! Most people do not sell these bikes once they have them.

NOTED FLAWS I got this one just like you see it! It has been repainted and looks cool! The chrome is shiney but is not perfect show quality. The rear sissy bar has a couple extra holes. (must have had an accessory installed at some point) Both wheels have a slight wobble when you spin them.

(most every used bike out there seems to) IF you are a "nut and bolt purist" this is not the bike for you. If you would enjoy a real deal Chicago USA made Schwinn Stingray like noone else has, you may love this one! People always remember these bikes but seldom see them in person. I take them in to have them packaged so they almost always arrive in the same condition as they left us.
