1963 SCHWINN JAGUAR COPPERTONE TANK SPRINGER BICYCLE VINTAGE CORVETTE TYPHOON S7. Here is an original 1962 VINTAGE I believe made Oct 24th 1963. The serial number is K360765 men's Schwinn Jaguar Mark V beach cruiser bicycle with 26 wheels. It is in the original and very appealing RADIANT COPPERTONE colored factory paint. If you like hard to find TOP OF THE LINE original vintage bikes, this may be a great bike for you.

With the insanely high price of gas (and the economy being bad) now is the time to ride a cool vintage bike! This bike has a cool mens cruiser style frame and forks with original paint and decals, chrome front SPRINGER FORK with "AS" (Arnold Schwinn) bolts, cool Schwinn head badge, frame mounted slimline coppertone HORN TANK, (horn is untested) cool deluxe chainguard, (has a fresh decal) Schwinn cruiser style seat, Schwinn "S" seat post clamp, wide cruiser handlebars, Schwinn hand grips, full fenders, (I believe these are stainless steel) Schwinn Bow Pedals, and more! This one has factory chrome Schwinn seat post clamp, kickstand, and fender braces. These are nice little factory details only found on the deluxe bikes of the time.

I love these bikes and hope you do too! RIGHT NOW I have a jeweled rack and a rear fender mount Schwinn S reflector for sale on TWO other listings! (see last pics) They were NEVER on this bike but I thought I would offer them for sale if you would like to add them to the bike. Back when these bikes were new, most people opted for the lower cost "no frills" bicycles. That makes these bikes special!

The tires are 26x1 3/4. They are vintage Schwinn Westwind WHITEWALL tires and do hold air. The bike has chrome Schwinn S-7 rims front and rear with a Bendix hub. The bike is an original SINGLE SPEED with coaster brakes.

(pedal slightly backwards to stop the bike) DIMENSIONS The stand over height is approx 31 1/4. The distance from the floor to the top of the seat post clamp is approx 28 1/2. The distance from the center of the crank to the top of the seat post clamp is approx 18 3/4. The center of the handlebar stem to the center of the seat post is approx 21 3/4.

The bike will accommodate most any rider comfortably. The seat height is easy to adjust.

NOTED FLAWS It is not 100% flawless but is relatively ok for its age! The paint looks ok for a 50+ year old bike! (has chips scratches etc, top bar has a smalls scraped area near the front) The chrome is shiney but is not perfect show quality. Both wheels have a slight wobble when you spin them.

(every used bike out there seems to) I got this one just like you see it. I took lots of pics and have nothing to hide. Overall a very cool TOP OF THE LINE bike!

I hope you love it! An outstanding source of impossible to find parts or a cool bike to enjoy for a long time! This appears to be a fairly nice original unmolested bicycle unless otherwise noted.

A great bike to ride on relaxing days through the park or to the beach. Also would be a nice item to display in a shop, restaurant, rec room, sports bar, etc. Stand out from the crowd and be the envy of people who see you riding by.
