1954 SCHWINN STREAMLINER TANK BICYCLE VINTAGE HORNET B6 DX S7 PHANTOM PANTHER 50. Here is an original VINTAGE I believe made November 15th 1954? The serial number is N85923?

Men's SCHWINN "STREAMLINER" cantalever frame beach cruiser bicycle with 26 wheels. It is in the original and very appealing RED and white 2-tone colored factory paint. This is an AWESOME color combination on this bike and you rarely see it on these! To me, this bike is absolutely AMAZING and they almost never come along like this! With the insanely high price of gas (and the economy being bad) now is the time to ride a cool vintage bike!

This bike has a cool mens cantalever (B6/Phantom style) cruiser style frame with original paint and decals, large Schwinn headbadge, truss rod forks, frame mounted TANK with horn inside, (untested) original screen deluxe (Phantom/Panther) style deluxe Streamliner chainguard, cool cruiser style seat, (has edge wear) "AS" (Arnold Schwinn) seat post clamp, wide cruiser handlebars, Schwinn script hand grips, full fenders, deluxe sprocket, cool pedals, 9 hole rear carrier RACK, Delta Rocket Ray headlight, (untested has outer paint loss) and more! This is a nice looking bike that you can be proud to own, display, or ride! There is just something about this that is VERY pleasing to look at!

I'm not sure why I decided to sell this one! I hope it gets a great new home! The tires are 26x2.125 balloon tires.

They are vintage tires and do hold air. Some whitewall tires would really make this one POP! The bike has chrome Schwinn S-2 rims front and rear with a newer Bendix rear hub.

This is a VERY unique bike! I have not seen a Streamliner of this era in a very long time! The bike is an original SINGLE SPEED with coaster brakes. (pedal slightly backwards to stop the bike) DIMENSIONS The stand over height is approx 30 1/2.

The distance from the floor to the top of the seat post clamp is approx 28. The distance from the center of the crank to the top of the seat post clamp is approx 18 1/2. The center of the handlebar stem to the center of the seat post is approx 22.

The bike will accommodate most any rider comfortably. The seat height is easy to adjust. NOTED FLAWS It is not 100% flawless but is relatively nice considering its age.

I got this one exactly like you see it and love it! The paint looks fairly nice for a 60+ year old bike! Has chips scraches etc but has survived better than many.

I LOVE original paint on bikes! The front fender looks replaced. The chrome is shiney but is not perfect show quality. Both wheels have a slight wobble when you spin them. (Most every used bike out there seems to) The rear hub pedals and brakes but is a little stiff.

It could use a grease job. Overall, this is one of the coolest bikes you could ask for! A rare bike in a rare color...

I truly hope you can appreciate this one for what it is. This is a much harder bike to find than a Black Phantom or a Krate bike. I took lots of pics, I have nothing to hide. This appears to be a fairly nice original unmolested bicycle unless otherwise noted.

A great bike to ride on relaxing days through the park or to the beach. Also would be a nice item to display in a shop, restaurant, rec room, sports bar, etc.

Stand out from the crowd and be the envy of people who see you riding by. People will enjoy seeing you on your vintage bike! A great classic bike at a great price Why not ride a bike? If you are looking for a fun bike to ride and enjoy this may be it! A nice bike to cruise the beach or your local park!

Priced way less than a dime store bike that wont be around 5 years from now, much less 30+ years like this one! Please give this bike a good home and DON'T MISS THIS OPPORTUNITY! Classic bikes are very cool because not everyone on the block has one! People love to see and talk about and ride these classic bikes! They are more popular now than ever before! This may be a great Birthday or other special holiday gift for someone! It is never too soon to think ahead and get someone something they may really like!! These are getting to be hard to find in any condition and to my knowledge, have not been reproduced. PLEASE NOTE that many of the bikes I list have listed have been in long term storage and have not been regularly ridden in a while. (not a bad thing) They may need standard tuning, greasing, may have old tires, surface rust etc. I try to be as honest as possible and never want to disappoint anyone.
