1938 Vintage Prewar Rat Rod Patina Colson Scout Bike Frame, Fork, Headset, Struts, & Badge " Schwinn Like Quality ". Vintage Prewar Rat Rod Patina Colson Scout Ballooner Frame, Fork, Struts, Headset and Head badge. The frame is dated 1938 and is a full size adult ballooner bike that takes 26" x 2.125" wheels and tires. The Frame and Fork are in Decent Used Condition, are Rat Rod Patina Restored, have original paint, over spray paint, age, patina, and seal. They are assembled with Colson patina struts and headset.

The Struts are a little odd fitting on this frame may need adjustment. These parts are built up, good looking, and road worthy.
